Process
1. Request the CV: four form fields, no call required; the full profile arrives within 24 hours on business days, from the founder. 2. Meet the engineer and start two free weeks on real tasks, under an open-ended agreement signed before day one. 3. Embedded: billed twice monthly in EUR, cancel at month's end, replacement typically within 15 working days.

Every listed engineer passed Outecho's own vetting: multi-stage technical interview, code review of real work, English check, and reference calls with previous clients.
