The process

From request to start in 5 steps

1. 01

   Request the CV.

   No call required. Four fields and you're done. Within 24 hours, on business days, you get the full profile from the founder, plus a one-page engagement summary (rate, notice period, what Outecho carries) you can forward straight to your CTO and your legal team, and proposed slots for the introduction.

2. 02

   Meet the engineer.

   45 to 60 minutes with the engineer. Your team runs the technical interview and makes the call. No account manager in the room.

3. 03

   Sign the agreement.

   One open-ended agreement, signed before day one, with NDA. It carries a zero-fee clause covering the first two weeks: opt out at the end of them at no cost, cancel at month end after that.

4. 04

   Two weeks in your team.

   Real work from your backlog, in your tools, in your sprint. What we need from you on day one: accounts and repository access, one named person to onboard.

5. 05

   Embedded.

   It continues unless you stop it. The engineer is aligned to your sprint cadence and reachable in your channels. Outecho keeps carrying equipment, security policy, invoicing, replacement and a named escalation contact: the founder. Invoiced twice monthly in EUR for hours actually worked, payable within 14 days. What you owe never runs more than two weeks ahead of the work delivered.

Data protection

We work on your paper: send us your data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses and we will review and sign them. Our technical and organisational measures, sub-processor list and AI-tool policy are ready to send today.

Team

Engineers are under contract with Outecho. Equipment, access and security policies, NDAs: provided and enforced by us.

Billing

Twice monthly in EUR for hours actually worked, payable within 14 days. Billed against the scope of services named in the agreement.

Cancellation

At month end, no minimum volume, no hidden costs.

Replacement

Typically within 15 working days if an engineer is out long-term or leaves. Onboarding at our cost.

Buy-out

Direct hiring is possible, for a pre-agreed placement fee.

Vetting

We place only profiles we have vetted ourselves: multi-stage technical interview, code review of real work, English check, reference calls with previous clients. Anyone listed with us has already spent years working in distributed teams for international clients.
