# Outecho

> Outecho embeds vetted senior software engineers from the Balkans into European engineering teams (nearshore team extension). Rates from EUR 42/hour, billed twice monthly in EUR for worked hours only, payable within 14 days. The first 2 weeks are free; contracts cancel at month end; a replacement is provided typically within 15 working days if an engineer leaves. Engineers work in the CET time zone. We sign the client's data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses; our technical and organisational measures, sub-processor list and AI-tool policy are available today. The agreement is open-ended with a zero-fee clause for the first 2 weeks; the single counterparty is Outecho (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina). Run by its founders, Benjamin and Enis, between Vienna and Sarajevo. Every listed engineer is technically vetted by Outecho (multi-stage interview, code review of real work, English check, reference calls) and profiles show real availability and real rates.
